The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the room was pleasantly decorated and reasonably large with a pleasant view on the trees. It was in a very central location, close to town centre easy walking distance.

The staff are all superbly friendly and can show you hotel's good in-houserestaurant. Reasonably large rooms with coffee and a lounge area, etc. Perfect and marvellous location near Windermere Library...

The rooms are reasonably large with a shower over a whirlpool bath. the food is excellent. - the location is particularly good, just 2 km from Lake Windermere. - the hotel is conveniently situated only 500 meters from the bus stop.

This hotel was charming small and everything was really good. The food was brilliant and the staff were efficient and accommodating. The venue was set in the very central position next to restaurants, shops, bars and restaurants and Windermere. Besides, we wanted to visit Queen's Park, that was not too far from the venue.

Access to local facilities at Windermere/Bowness-on-Windermere as well as the remainder of the Lakes. The use of the leisure facilities at the Parklands Centre was an excellent bonus.

The location was great and stunning in a very good area. It was not far from the lakeside, Beatrix Potter, high streets, and free spas at Burnside, Bowness, and Windermere.

The Glenburn is a friendly family run hotel that offers good service and value for money. The rooms are clean and well appointed and serviced on a daily basis.

Very nice hotel, very close to the lake and the town centre. Hotel stuff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice and had very good design. I like it very much and would like to recommend this nice hotel to everyone.

Location. 10 minute walk into Windermere,20minutes into Bowness.Cleanliness.Good selection of food at breakfast,well cooked and very pleasant staff.We didnt eat in at Dinner,but visitors who did rated the food highly.A very enjoyable break.Added bonus was the car parking.
